Shipping Information

Same day shipping on all orders placed by 3pm. Any order placed after will be dispatched the following day. Orders ship out Monday-Friday. If order is placed on a Friday after 3pm it will be shipped out on Monday. Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking number.

We are not responsible for any missing/stolen packages. If this is the case you will need to file a claim with your local USPS. Thank you.

Pickup Information

Same day pickup is available for all orders.

Emergencies happen, so feel free to contact us if you need a last minute order and we will try our best to make it happen!

Please provide a good email or phone number where you would like to be informed when your order is ready.

Exchanges

We have a 7-day exchange policy. This applies for products that are defective and did not work as they are supposed to.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. For instance, if you bought the wrong product or more by accident.

Certain products cannot be returned for sanitary reasons. Ex: Used tweezers, opened adhesives/bonder/primer, lash trays.
